DevLog #1: potions and new characters

This is my first ever DevLog! I will try to post them once per week to keep you all updated with my progress. Don't forget to comment and suggest what could be upgraded or included to the game! First of all, thank you for your feedback and suggestions  - even those negative comments helped me to better understand your needs. As I mentioned earlier, this is my first ever game and I've never had any experience with drawing, programming etc. SO EVERY COMMENT MATTERS! 

Ok, now about the game itself. So, once I released the first ever version of the Fruits of Eden, I've started to work on the next update. So what I am doing right now? One of the suggestions were to introduce potions into the game. That was a really good idea, because until then I thought to use potions more like an buyable item, not that could be made by yourself. So now I'm working on new mechanics and a new game character - town witch/potions master Jezebel. 

First of all, the player needs to be introduced to this character and the mechanics of the potion brewing. So for this, I'm working on two side quests, which would lead to additional lewd scene (Yay!).  I guess next week I will tell how the potion brewing works. 

As for other suggestions, especially those about fetishes, don't worry - I'm keeping that in mind, but I really want to introduce them organically, so they will appear in later versions. Step by step :) 

So, what other things should be included in the next 0.0.5 version:

Story: 

  • Continuation of the "Rock and Roll" quest;
  • Two more side quests; 

New zones: 

  • Potions shop;
  • Eastern forest;

New mechanics: 

  • Potion making;
  • Fighting/weapons/armor;
  • Enemies and looting them;
  • Interactive shop;

Other things:

  • Interactable random NPC's in town;
  • Walking characters around area (Maria, Angela);
  • New UI for additional consumable items in the screen;
  • Fixing resolution issues for different screens;
